There will be bound Proceedings in a series of Advanced Studies in Pure Mathematics by Mathematical Society of Japan and it will be distributed through AMS. The editors are Saber Elaydi, Kazuo Nishimura and Mitsuhiro Shishikura. Each speaker is invited to submit a manuscript to be refereed and included in the Proceedings.

Page limits : Main (one hour) lectures---12 pages,

All other papers---8 pages

After refereeing and corrections you will be asked to submit the original LaTeX file.
